WHAT IS A FIXED PRICE AGREEMENT
AND HOW WILL IT BENEFIT YOU?
Because all of our clients have their own unique set of circumstances, we know it is extremely important to sit down with you to thoroughly discuss what your needs are and which of our services will meet those needs in the most cost-effective manner.
Basically, in a Fixed Price Agreement, you choose the services you need and we’ll give you a customized “fixed price” for the services you choose. If your circumstances change, you can let us know and we’ll discuss any needed changes in services and fees. If we find that previously unknown factors will increase the cost of your services, we will stop, discuss the needed changes with you and get your written approval for the additional work and fees before we proceed.
You’ll never feel uninformed or
"not in control" of your expenses.
For some clients, financial planning, tax minimization planning and/or tax return preparation at the end of your calendar or fiscal year may meet your total needs. You’ll be given a fixed price engagement agreement to sign before we begin work, be informed if changes are required, and know the full cost due when you pick up your return or completed work.
For others, accounting, business development services or one-time projects may be added to your list. We’ll advise you of all the services we offer that may be pertinent to your needs and you’ll choose those services you want us to provide. You’ll know the total price for the entire year of service in advance. You’ll sign a fixed price engagement agreement that indicates the payment plan selected to meet your budget for your chosen services and you’ll know, in advance, when to pay us and how much to pay us, each month, each quarter, etc. No surprises – no confusion.
